Regardless of how you found us, we thank you for reading our blog and hope you will not shy away from expressing your comments about the content of this blog.
Some say we need to sit in the classroom to learn. Others say we need to read books to learn. I would like to suggest a whole new way of learning which combine cheating or rather collaborating in a virtual classroom where everyone is a teacher and a student at the same time. We will read books, watch movies, read newspapers, listen to audio materials, and above all talk to each other by electronic mail or video.
This timeline is very interesting, though I'd be interested to see it extended another decade or two though - to see how Hutu-Tutsi relations have changed since then.
I agree with Julian in that the way that this is laid out is it's just the genocide. I think it would be interesting to see the contrast of then and now. Otherwise, it's just then, and focusing on the past. Which, to some extent, is not the best thing to do.
